i need website like 9gag.com. all i want is the site to have the mechanics as 9gag in terms of voting. meaning each post start on page 1 than (if voted for) goes to page 2 and finally ends up on page 3 (the home page). Thank you for your time.

Looking to have the most cost effective order entry database created. This only needs to be an offline database, and really only needs to be access on one computer.
