Please find attached a mass emailer script. I need it configured where rather then it sending all the emails at once, it only sends 100 emails every 3 minutes, to avoid from spamming. So I should be able to put in 50000 emails and it will only send 100 every 3 minutes. A Database should be setup to configure this.
